DELIVERY DELAY

From the date of the order confirmation, delivery will be made within 2 to 10 working days.

Upon exceeding 10 working days after confirmation of the order, if the item cannot yet be delivered, the buyer will be informed by email and he will have the possibility of renouncing this order, in writing, within a period of time. of 7 days. Without news from the buyer, the order will follow its course and no compensation for late delivery can be claimed.

The delivery of your order is done by post.

For logistical questions we only deliver to Switzerland.

The shipping costs are distributed as follows:

2.01 kg to 5 kg: 12.-

5.01 kg to 10 kg: 17.-

10.01 kg to 30 kg: 24.-

Beyond: 29.-

Processing and packaging costs

Each order is subject to a participation of CHF  2.50.

The buyer who has chosen the withdrawal at the store has no costs.

Postage for the rental of easels

Free from 200.- purchase does not apply for these packages.

1 to 4 easels: 0 to 13 kg: 29.-

5 to 8 easels: 13.01 to 26 kg: 58.-

9 to 12 easels: 26.01 to 39 kg: 87.-

13 to 16 easels: 39.01 to 65 kg: 116.-

17 to 20 easels: 65.01 to 78 Kg: 145.-

21 to 24 easels: 78.01 to 91 kg: 174.-

25 to 28 easels: 91.01 to 104 kg: 203.-

29 to 32 easels: 104.01 to 117 kg: 232.-

IN-STORE COLLECTION

You have the option of placing your order on the site and choosing to collect your order from the store.

You just need to choose this option  when confirming your order.

You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready to be collected.
