This website belongs to Boutique-bozart in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, must always be subject to the authorization of Boutique-bozart.
We invite you to read, in the document below, the General Conditions of Sale (named GTC in the text) of Boutique-bozart
Any order made through the Boutique-bozart website implies that the private customer, adult and free to exercise his civil rights, or the company, (named buyer in the text) acknowledges having read the GTC and has them. accepted in their entirety.
ORDERED
The content of the shopping cart, once validated by the buyer, constitutes proof of the content of the order as well as the date of the order for Boutique-bozart's automatic recording system.
The sales contract is deemed to be definitively concluded when the buyer has received a confirmation email from Boutique-bozart.
In principle, the confirmation email is sent within 1 to 2 working days. If the buyer does not receive a confirmation after a delay, it means that the order is considered refused.
Any order may be refused from Boutique-bozart if:
- the buyer is already late in paying for a previous order
- the order is for too large a quantity of the same product.
These T & Cs may be amended, in part or in full when:
- an express written agreement has been made by both parties
- Boutique-bozart has previously informed its customers in writing on the website.
Offers are valid as long as they are indicated on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
PRODUCTS
The photographs placed on the site are given for information only and are not contractual. They may present minimal differences which do not imply any change in the nature of the product. Depending on the settings, the color display may differ from one screen to another. We cannot guarantee that the colors in the illustrations exactly match those of the actual products. Offers are valid as long as they are indicated on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
PRICE
The prices are expressed on the basis of the Swiss Franc CHF. The prices indicated on the product pages do not include transport. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation to which are added the transport costs if he wishes to be delivered. For the customer who chooses to collect the goods at the store, no delivery costs will be charged. The prices listed on the order confirmation are binding, even in the event of a variation between the order date and the delivery date of the goods.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The buyer will take care to communicate all the necessary information concerning him and will check their accuracy. This information will be that used by Boutique-bozart to make the delivery. Boutique-bozart declines all responsibility in the event of incorrect communication which would result in the inability to deliver the goods or in an addressing error.
Boutique-bozart generally mandates La Poste to deliver parcels. Delivery will be made according to the time slot agreed with the buyer. The package will be delivered directly to the buyer or to an authorized person designated by him.
Boutique-bozart only delivers to Switzerland.
Boutique-bozart will be released from its obligation to deliver within the time limits indicated in the event of force majeure. The term force majeure includes the following cases: fire, strikes, accidents, war, riot as well as the impossibility of supply for any reason invoked by the supplier.
Boutique-bozart is no longer responsible for the goods as soon as they are transferred into the hands of the delivery company or directly into the hands of the buyer.
The merchandise will have been prepared and packaged with care and rigor on the part of Boutique-bozart. It will be the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to report any possible degradation to the delivery company within 48 hours (see the delivery conditions of the mandated company).
If a delivery has to take place in several times due to the availability of the goods, the buyer will only pay the shipping costs once.
In the event of multiple delivery locations, shipping costs will be billed for each delivery address.
DELIVERY DELAY
From the date of the order confirmation, delivery will be made within 2 to 10 working days.
Upon exceeding 10 working days after confirmation of the order, if the item cannot yet be delivered, the buyer will be informed by email and he will have the possibility of renouncing this order, in writing, within a period of time. of 7 days. Without news from the buyer, the order will follow its course and no compensation for late delivery can be claimed.

The shipping costs are distributed as follows:

Processing and packaging costs
Each order is subject to a participation of CHF 2.50.
The buyer who has chosen the pick-up at the store will not have these charges.
LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE
There is no guarantee for defects except in the case of hidden defects within the meaning of article 199 CO. Boutique-bozart guarantees the buyer against eviction within the meaning of articles 192 and following CO.
PAYMENT METHODS
The items ordered remain the property of Boutique-bozart as long as payment has not been made in full. The order will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the buyer will be notified by email.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Boutique-bozart accepts cards such as: Visa, Mastercard. The secure platform allows you to shop safely. By choosing this secure payment method when confirming your order, you will be automatically redirected to the secure servers of our online payment service provider. This will allow you to pay the amount owed in a few clicks in complete safety.
PAYMENT BY EARLY BANK TRANSFER
You can opt for bank transfer. With this method of payment your order will be validated only once the payment has been received. Please provide the order number so that we can process your order quickly.

DATA PROTECTION
All customer personal data is treated in the strictest of confidence. The buyer's secure data is not communicated to Boutique-bozart.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND REIMBURSEMENT
The buyer has ten days from receipt of the item ordered to return the goods. The buyer must then return the delivered item, new, in its original packaging, intact and accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and attached documentation, to Boutique-bozart without having to justify a reason, to the next address :

The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
Boutique-bozart undertakes to reimburse all sums already received from the buyer for items returned in the condition mentioned above and within the ten day period required, the date of dispatch being proof.
If Boutique-bozart receives returned goods within a period of more than 10 days after receipt by the buyer, these goods will no longer be reimbursed. However, the buyer will still have a period of one month after receipt by Boutique-bozart of the returned items to come forward. Without any news from the buyer after this period, Boutique-bozart will then have the right to dispose of this merchandise as it sees fit, the purchaser being considered as having renounced both the merchandise and its equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITY
Boutique-bozart undertakes to ensure the security, according to current technical standards, of all systems, programs or others belonging to it or over which it exercises a certain influence.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of programs, systems and data within their area of influence. In their own interest, customers should not disclose their passwords and usernames to third parties.
Boutique-bozart is not responsible for faults and breakdowns for which it is not responsible; in particular, it does not respond to security faults and operational failures caused by third-party companies with which it collaborates or on which it depends.
Boutique-bozart does not respond to cases of force majeure, inadequate behavior and failure to observe risks by customers or by third parties, excessive solicitations, inadequate means of operation of the customer or third parties, cases affected. by the customer or by third parties (viruses, etc.) which may occur although he has taken all security measures in accordance with the current state of the art.
These T & Cs also describe all of Boutique-bozart's obligations and responsibilities regarding the supply of products and the performance of services.
Boutique-bozart is not bound by any other guarantee, condition or contractual provision, with the exception of those expressly mentioned in these GTC.
Any guarantee, obligation or any other contractual provision concerning the products or services which could be considered as incorporated in these T & Cs by virtue of a legal provision, case law or in any other way (this including in particular any contractual condition relating to the quality, fitness for a particular purpose as well as any obligation of care) are expressly excluded by this provision, insofar as this is permitted. In particular, Boutique-bozart is under no obligation to ensure that the products are suitable for the use for which customers intend them.
Boutique-bozart cannot be held liable under these T & Cs for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data as well as for any loss or indirect or consequential damage, resulting from or caused by a unlawful act (including negligence) or breach of its contractual obligations or in any other way.
Boutique-bozart's total liability for any contractual breach, illegal act (including negligence) and whatever its basis, may in no case exceed the amount including the cost of the products or services in question.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL FORCE
These GTCS are subject to Swiss law, subject to the application of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
The legal forum is located in Nyon (Vaud - Switzerland) as long as there is no mandatory forum.
The parties will endeavor to amicably resolve any conflict that may arise during the execution of this contract.
